our story
There has been a restaurant at this location for over ten years, but we have only been operating the Fly Creek Café since December 2008. We came in and cleaned house, literally. We moved some doors, put up some wood and metal, ran two power-washers to death, painted, scrubbed, restocked, repaired, replaced, rewired and reopened. Then we made all the mistakes you can make, and we learned very quickly how to do and how not to do. Now the snappy little restaurant in the marina is really cooking. The ingredients are top notch, the employees are friendly and the view is constantly changing. We have great music on the house system every day and we have some of the best local talent playing live every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Plus, we host the most spectacular sunsets every evening. If you’ve already discovered us, thanks for your business. If you haven’t been in yet, be sure to arrive hungry. We will do our best to show you why we are so proud of our little slice of heaven, The Fly Creek Café. |
